Contacts and mass action

Contacts
You will now find your contacts under the Contacts tab.

Here, just like with Media and Presentations, you can give Contacts one or more TAGs.
The advantage over Contacts is that you can send to all contacts at once, simply by writing this TAG under Enter email addresses.

When you send a Presentation to a Contact that does not already exist, they will be created under Contacts. For each Contact, you can see which Presentations they have received and viewed.

You can therefore very advantageously import your contacts into XpressU and start collecting them with TAGs in different groupings for sending.
Always remember that with TAGs, a contact can appear in multiple groupings.

Mass action

To avoid having to go into each Media or Contact to set a TAG, or delete, you can now select multiple Media or Contacts and add TAGS. You can also choose to delete them.
