How do I import contacts?

When you send a presentation, the recipients are saved as contacts. Maybe you want to import all your contacts you have into gMail, Outlook or a CRM system.
Then XpressU will be able to automatically suggest a name when you want to send a presentation.

You will find the import function in the Main Menu (note that it was previously located on the send presentation dialog)

 There are 2 ways to import. Via Google/gMail and via a CSV file 

Import your gMail contacts

Select Start Import...

.. you must now tell XpressU which gMail account you have

After this, XpressU will start bringing in your contacts.

Import your contacts via a CSV file

You can import a CSV file that consists of a column with name and a column with email.
