Multiple languages in XpressU

Please note that XpressU's user interface can be viewed in multiple languages. You must ensure that you provide content and texts in the languages you want your recipients to see.

All texts that come directly from XpressU will be translated. For example, buttons , menus and dialogs .

Your browser's language is used to preselect language. However, you can always select language when you log in.

XpressU remembers your choice for next time, but you can change the language whenever you want.
For example directly in XpressU itself.

Language for your recipients

It is XpressU's Dialogs and User Interface that are translated. In the image above it is a Danish Presentation, so it would be natural to choose the Danish version of the user interface.

How to work with multiple languages

1. First create a Presentation in, for example, Danish.

2. Then make a copy of the Presentation.
You can pick up a copy in two places:

In the Timeline menu…

… or in the menu directly on the Presentation

3. Replace language-based media.

4. Translate the texts in the Presentation Settings . 

5. If you use Questionnaires , translate these and replace them in the Timeline 

6. Save the Presentation, for example with the same title + “EN” (for English).
