Safety Observer & Email integration

Safety Observer is a free app that makes it easy to gather information about occupational safety and health risks in a workplace.

You can send media directly to your XpressU account. The advantage is that you do not need to download a sent Powerpoint and then log in to your XpressU account, and then upload your media.

With this feature, you simply forward your email to a special email address. Then Xpressu takes the attachments and places them in the appropriate folders on your XpressU account.

There are 2 different ways to use this feature

Via your email program

If you have an enail with one or more attachments you want in Xpress, you can forward it to your unique email for your XpressU account.

You can find your email address in the menu in the right corner:

Click on Integrations 

And you can find your email here.
