The user can have the questions and answers read aloud by voice. Can e.g. help people with reading difficulties.

You can choose whether the user can see the result after they have answered

Send result to user
You can also choose whether the result should be sent to the user. Here you must fill in the enclosed email text that appears to the right when you tick it.
Here you can make use of so-called dynamic fields. Dynamic fields are fields that are replaced by relevant data. For example, the dynamic Recipient Name ({username}) dynamic field will be replaced by the name of the person receiving the email.

If you want to be notified about the users' completion of the form, a combined email will be sent every night to the entered email address.
