Updates summer 2020

New servers

There has been a greater influx of new customers, which we are very pleased about. 

With this, we have also seen an increased load on the servers.

Over the summer we have taken the opportunity to expand the server package and optimize operations.

Note: Generally worldwide, there is increased focus on combating spam, phishing and hacking.

Our servers are regularly updated with tools to combat this.

Mobile optimized videos

XpressU now converts a version of videos optimized for mobile.

Several reported that some recipients of Presentations could be in areas with 

low coverage and even on mobile data.

Our new and improved support portal, as well as accompanying chat, puts help at your fingertips.

Small additions or corrections

Zoom on mobile
Everyone has a mobile phone, and we have gradually gotten used to things looking quite different due to the small space.
We have introduced Allow Zoom on Mobile to give recipients the option to use zoom in their Presentation||They will then be able to zoom on Images, PowerPoints and PDFs.
Under Settings on a Presentation, you can choose whether users are allowed to zoom in it.

Statistics
To ensure that XpressU displays the most accurate statistics possible, it does not count when you test your Questionnaires from within XpressU Builder. You will be made aware of this.

Export of statistics

Export your statistics for use in other programs. For example, a DashBoard, PowerBI or other
XpressU also exports the fields you have selected under User must specify. 

You will find the button under Statistics for each Presentation

Multiple date ranges in statistics

Statistics can now be drawn for the entire period a Presentation has run. You will find Entire period at the bottom of the pre-selected periods.
