Data responsibility

We take your data protection seriously. We process personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy, which tells you how we process your data. The privacy policy covers the data for which XpressU Aps is directly responsible. For data about users, members and other information that the customer collects and uses, please refer to the general terms and conditions and the data processing agreement between ForeningsAdministrator and the customer.

Processing of personal data

When we ask you to provide us with your personal data, we will inform you about what data we process about you and for what purpose. The data we use includes general personal information, including your name , email , address , phone number , as well as the name , email , phone number of the contacts you enter or synchronize with XpressU.
This information is collected and stored solely for the purpose of sending presentations, providing support, billing, registering users who can log in, and general use of the system.

All information collected can be viewed when logged in, and the information can be updated as needed.

We only process relevant personal data

We only process data about you that is relevant and sufficient in relation to the purposes defined above. The purpose is decisive for what type of data about you is relevant to us. The same applies to the scope of the personal data we use. For example, we do not use more data than we need for the specific purpose.

We only process necessary personal data.

We only collect, process and store the personal data that is necessary to fulfill our stated purposes. In addition, the type of data that is necessary to collect and store for our business operations may be determined by law. The type and scope of the personal data we process may also be necessary to fulfill a contract or other legal obligation.

We delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary.

We do not disclose your personal data without your consent.

We do not share personal data with other parties outside our normal supply chain. You can see which companies process data for us, and who may therefore receive information in some processing situations, under our Data Processing Agreement (GDPR) . These are solely for the purpose of assisting in delivering XpressU. Your information will never be shared with third parties for any other purpose without your consent.

Security

XpressU Aps protects your information and monitors the system for security breaches, security threats or abuse. This includes keeping the system updated on an ongoing basis. We have internal guidelines for processing your information to ensure that it is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

Use of cookies

We only place necessary cookies that ensure the functionality of XpressU that is necessary to provide optimal performance.

Use of third-party software

Xpressu uses the YouTube API for integrating YouTube content. We refer to the Terms of Service from Youtube and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to be informed about what data we process about you, where it comes from, and what we use it for. You can also be informed about how long we store your personal data and who receives data about you, to the extent that we transfer data in Denmark and abroad.

If you request it, we can inform you about the data we process about you. However, access may be limited due to concerns about the privacy, trade secrets and intellectual property rights of others.

Objection or complaint about the processing of personal data

If you believe that your information is being collected or processed in violation of the law or the conditions we set and the consent that has been given, you are welcome to contact us with an objection to the processing.

You also have the option to complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority .
