We take your data protection seriously. We process personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy that tells you how we process your data. The privacy policy covers the data for which XpressU Aps is directly responsible. For data about users, members and other information the customer collects and uses, please refer to the general terms and data processing agreement between the Association Administrator and the customer.

Processing of personal data

When we ask you to provide us with your personal data, we will inform you of the data we process about you and for what purpose. The data we use includes general personal data, including name, email, address, phone number of you, as well as name, email, phone number of the contacts you write or synchronize to Xpressu
This information is collected and stored solely for the purpose of sending presentations, providing support, invoicing, registering users who can log in, and general use of the system.

Managing your relationship with us

All information collected can be viewed when you are logged in and the information can be updated as needed.

We only process relevant personal data

We only process data about you that is relevant and sufficient in relation to the purposes defined above. The purpose is to determine the type of data about you that is relevant to us. The same applies to the scope of the personal data we use. For example, we do not use more data than we need for the specific purpose.

We only process necessary personal data

We collect, process and store only the personal data that is necessary to fulfill our stated purposes. In addition, it may be determined by law what type of data is necessary to collect and store for our business operations. The type and scope of the personal data we process may also be necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or other legal obligation.

We delete your personal data when it is no longer needed

We delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were collecting, processing and storing your data. A detailed description of the deletion is given in our terms.

We will not disclose your personal data without your consent

We do not disclose personal data to other actors who are outside our normal supply chain. You can see which companies are processing data for us and can therefore receive information in some processing situations under our Data Processing agreement (GDPR). These are intended solely to assist in supplying XpressU. Your information will never be disclosed to third parties for any other purpose without your consent.

Security

XpressU Aps protects your information and monitors the system for security breaches, security threats or abuse. Below, the system is kept up to date. We have internal guidelines for processing your information to ensure that it is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

Use of cookies

We only place necessary cookies that ensure the functionality of XpressU that is necessary to provide optimum resolution.

Use of third-party software

Xpressu uses the YouTube API for embedding YouTube content. We refer to the Terms of Service of YouTube and Google Privacy Policy

Your rights

You have the right to know at any time what data we process about you, where it originated, and what we use it for. You can also find out how long we keep your personal data and who receives data about you, to the extent that we disclose data in Denmark and abroad.

If you request it, we may inform you of the data we process about you. However, access may be restricted for reasons of privacy, business secrets and intellectual property rights of other persons.

Objection or complaint about the processing of personal data

If you believe that your information is collected or processed in violation of the law or the conditions we provide and the consent given, please feel free to contact us with an objection to the processing.
