Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using XpressU.
If you sign up for XpressU on behalf of a company, you acknowledge that you have authority to do so.
Your access to and use of, XpressU, is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Service and our handling of the Data Regulation (GDPR)
We reserve the right to change or replace these terms at any time in our sole discretion. The applicable terms will be available on the XpressUs website. In case of changes, we strive to announce this about 14 days before. Use of XpressU after a change of terms constitutes acceptance of the changed terms. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with changes to terms. These terms are subject to Danish law and any dispute arising out of the subscription, including these terms, must be brought before the city court in Copenhagen.
1.1 You are hereby given a non-exclusive access To Use XpressU which is made available online as "Software as a service".
1.2 You must Ensure That XpressU is not used in a manner that Could Harm XpressUs's reputation, goodwill or is in violation of the law.
1.3 Each account is linked to 1 user with 1 email address. It is not allowed to share your account with other people. XpressU can only be logged in somewhere with that email.
Protect your password and do not give it to others.
- Provide security in or otherwise transfer rights to XpressU, or any part thereof.
- Send spam
- Attach viruses, or other malicious software
- Create fake profiles, or impersonate yourself as a different identity
- Reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform "reverse engineering", or decompile XpressU for commercial purposes.
The above list are examples. There may be cases of harmful use of XpressU that are not mentioned in the list, which is why these will apply in a straightforward way.
In the event of a breach of the foregoing, or unforeseen use of XpressU, we reserve the right to suspend the account or terminate it. See the cancellation point
1.4 If your Use Of XpressU by simple negligence results in loss of business, consequential or other indirect loss resulting from, we cannot be held liable
2.1 respect the copyright. Only Upload material that you have made yourself or that you have permission to use.
2.2 We do not allow content that in any way promotes or tolerates violence against individuals or groups on the basis of racial or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status or sexual orientation/gender identity, or whose primary purpose is to incite hatred on the basis of these particular characteristics. This can be a delicate balance, but if the content's primary purpose is to attack a protected group, then it exceeds the limit.
In case we estimate the limit is exceeded, we will ask for the removal of the content. If this requirement is not complied with within 72 hours, we will remove the content and possibly suspend account

2.3 Xpressu may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We advise you to read, terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
3. Access and Conditions
3.1 We strive to Ensure That XpressU is available 24 hours a day.
However, we cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond our control, XpressU is not available at any time or for a period. Such as power failures, equipment failures, internet connections and the like.
3.2 In these cases, we strive to restore normal operation as soon as possible.
3.3 scheduled interruptions in the form of service window (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maintenance_window) will preferably be placed in the time period at noon. 21.00-06.00 CET. Should it be necessary to interrupt access to XpressU at other times, this will be announced beforehand.
4. Customer Data
4.1 Xpresu converts all data that is uploaded and does not store original files. We are not responsible or liable for: deletion, correction, destruction, and/or damage to data.
Therefore, always keep copies of original material.
4.2 We reserve the right to take any measures deemed necessary to enforce and/or ensure compliance with this agreement. Further, there may legitimately be a requirement by the authority that requires access or disclosure of data
4.3 You are the data controller for personal data and material you upload and Process In XpressU. You own and can freely dispose of this data.
4.4 You agree to Indemnify xpressu against any claim or loss due to product liability, loss to third parties or liability of third parties to the extent that it derives from your Use Of XpressU
4.5 We undertake to delete your data 30 days after the end of the subscription, for any reason, and have no obligation or legal right to store data after that date.

4.6 In exceptional cases where, in our opinion, it is deemed reasonable and proportionate, we may provide third parties and authorities with access to your data. However, only in accordance with the relevant data protection law, in connection with the judgment, regulatory requirements, customer bankruptcy, death or the like.
5.1 We continuously service in the form of updates, improvements and Changes To XpressU. This service call will be advertised via email, website social media, or directly in XpressU. In case we deem an update is essential for security, settlement or similar. Updated XpressU without notice. Servicing may in some cases affect information and data uploaded to or sent by XpressU.
6.1 payment will be automatically renewed within the payment schedule that is selected. This be monthly/yearly.
6.2 which is invoiced prior to the period and Use Of XpressU.
6.3 Payment terms are 8 days net from invoice date.
6.4 The subscription is not paid in a timely manner, a warning is sent 7 days after the invoice due date.
If the subscription is still not paid, another 7 days later warning 2 will be sent.
If payment is still not received within 7 days after warning 2, access to XpressU is blocked. Access to XpressU will be reopened after receiving payment of the subscription, as well as an administration fee of DKK 250.-
7.1 We may terminate or suspend Access To XpressU, without prior notice, the default of which takes place jvnf. Conditions. No refunds are given in these cases.
7.2 In case of user wishing to Terminate The XpressU Agreement, termination and cessation of payment schedule will be made at the end of a payment period. Termination is done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
8.0 Professional secrecy
8.1 We are bound by the confidentiality of any information we may possess regarding you and your business.
8.2 We are not entitled to disclose such information to third parties, unless such information is publicly available or where we are required to disclose the information in accordance with legislation or by notice from an authority or tribunal.

If we are not present, we strive to respond within normal office hours or at the latest within 1-2 days. Here are weekends, holidays, etc. not included.
